New FreD locations are established every year.
FreD is represented in all 16 federal states.

More than 230 FreD locations throughout Germany!

Location guidelines:

  • The course is led by certified trainers.
  • It is a group program consisting of 2-4 sessions.
  • The total duration of the course is 6-10 hours.
  • The program is called FreD (at least in the subtitle) or contains a reference to FreD.

Who offers FreD in Europe?

The FreD concept has spread throughout much of Europe through the European project FreD goes net.
